I'm really disappointed with my shopping experience on the fashion nova website. I ordered ONE single item on Dec. 1st. Today is Dec. 13th and still no package. To say the least I haven't even recieved a shipping confirmation email. And as far as their customers service lets just say they have very little or no customer service. On their website it clearly states "in transit time does not include processing time of 3-5 business days; Standard domestic shipping 2-3 business days." In accordance to this statement I should have received my package on the 12th the latest date, and when I emailed them I received an email from Lisa Orellana stating that "The current processing time is now 7- 10 days." And their website STILL states 3-5 days!!!!! Fashion Nova really needs to update their website. And be honest with their customers. They literally ruined my whole weekend I needed this item for a special occasion I have coming up this weekend and now I have to spend extra money I don't have to replace that outfit. Thank you fashion nova for such a horrible shopping experience! You guys suck! You will never receive a dollar from me every again!
