I ordered my items in mid November 2018. Fashion nova charged my credit card the day after I placed my order. I received my package about three weeks later. As I looked through my items, I noticed two things were missing. I immediately tried to contact fashion nova via phone. The phone number provided online sends you in circles. You push 1, 2 or 3 based on your needs, and it’ll send you to a message saying you need to call back during business hours. I WAS calling during business hours. It was frustrating, so I decided to email the company. They respond with a generic email immediately. All I want is my refund for the two items that they did not put in my order, however they charged my card for them. I SPENT $200! After weeks and weeks of me trying to reach someone, I finally get an email today saying “your items were delivered, check with your neighbors” It is infuriating because that is not why I am contacting fashion nova, I want my refund. I cannot get a hold of a human person on the phone, and the emails are going nowhere. They need to either for fill my order, or give me my refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online through any company. It’s been over a month, since i ordered and I can’t get a straight answer regarding my money. I want my refund. I highly recommend staying away from this company. I will never spend another dime here. I know I won’t put them out of business by keeping my money away from them, but for anyone who does research before ordering through this company, BEWARE!!! It’s like playing roulette, you never know what you’re going to get. They did not hesitate to take my money, but they are certainly hesitating to refund it, or provide me with what I ordered. Customer service is POOR!!
