I placed an order in November which was received Dec 4th. Great! But i was missing two of the items i purchased. In the packaging slip it didnt have those two items but in my order online it showed both along with tracking. Contacted fashion nova for them to tell me the item was out of stock and i should be receiving a refund withing 10 business days. Cool! But its passed 10 days from the time i received my package. Went back on the website to see the item i ordered that they said was out of stock was in fact still in stock. Contacted customer service again to receive vage response. Still have yet to receive my refund! Mind u I’ve been a customer of fashion nova for over 7 yrs and this is the first most horrible experience.
