On October 11th, 2018 I ordered $693.40 worth of products from fashion nova. I did not receive an update, email, or confirmation on my order until October 18th, on which they inform me that due to the new warehouse they switched to that order is delayed. On October 28th I called into customer service after trying several days before and emailing multiple times to no avail and finally spoke to someone. A girl named Ashley was nice, but still had no answers on when my order would be shipped or even fulfilled. On November 11th I received an email that my order has shipped and that I could finally track it. When I opened the tracking it said status not available, for over a week I checked it and finally gave up. I called several times since then and waited on hold for more than 50 minutes each time before I finally talked to someone again on November 17th. They told me that the email I was sent saying my order had been shipped was a mistake and that they have to send me to escalations. I waited on hold for over an hour before i was finally transferred to escalations and then the line got disconnected. I was never called back. When I called back once again the person was completely disrespectful, wouldn't give her name because she know's she was disrespectful, and still didn't give me a status and would not admit to me what was wrong. She also would not let me speak to management and hung up on me. It is now DECEMBER 19th. I have not received a word from the company other than their constant emails and texts about their fast shipping and deals right now. I have even messaged them on facebook and can't count how many emails and total phone calls I have made. I have tried everything several times. Please help me to get this fixed. I want my money and I want them to be reprimanded.
