I placed an order for NINE items during the Black Friday sale. I waited almost two weeks just to get a tracking number. I was initially told my order would be delivered on Dec. 10 but I ended up getting it Dec. 14. The tracking updates I got were not helpful(this is more of a postal service problem). When I finally opened my package only SIX of the NINE items I ordered were in the package. It was a Friday night so I had to wait to call them. All the items fit perfect! I called Fashion Nova on Dec. 19 and was able to speak with a representative (She had very good customer service). They told me that the three items were out of stock and they would issue a refund. I had three problems; 1. If the items were out of stock why didn't I receive an email or call saying the items were not in stock? 2. Remember I ordered during a sale, what good is a sale price refund going to do?? I can't order three of the same value with a sale price refund. 3. I looked at the website and the main item I wanted was still in stock.
I saw they had a free one-day shipping sale going on so I reordered the jacket and got it today (Dec. 20). I love their products and the way they fit but the shipping situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
