I placed an order on 11/27/18, I received a confirmation email for the order, I have yet to receive the order or any tracking information. The order was not cancelled and I have not received a refund. I sent several emails and never received anything more than an automated response saying I would get a response in 24 hours. I tried calling but all you get is recordings. It would be great to receive my package, as it is a Christmas gift. I went through reading the reviews and people that order at the same time I did have either received their order or a refund, this makes me even more aggravated. I understand it’s a busy time of the year, but if a company is able to keep having sales, posting all over social media and stocking new items, there is no reason why they shouldn’t be able to contact me to tell me what’s going on or to offer a refund. I do really want my items, I just don’t want to deal with this.
