I ordered from fashion nova previously without any problems so I figured it would be fine as usual but no the complete opposite. I placed an order two months ago and still haven't received it nor a refund. I received an automated email saying some items were out of stock and that I could cancel and get a refund or wait for them to get back in stock. I tried to cancel but it didn't work I was never refunded. I emailed three times and I received an automated email saying someone would get back to me but no one ever did. They actually sent an email saying not to submit multiple emails because they are being "flooded with questions". Sorry my emailing about them stealing from me is such an inconvenience to them. Fashionnova is a complete scam they are stealing from people and clearly don't care about it.
