I placed an order on 11/15/18 and today 12/23/18 and I have yet to receive my order all I have gotten is a confirmation email from them. I have email them and all they say is that my order will be shipped soon and that was sent by email on 12/11/18. No tacking I for no shipping I for nothing more from them. This is actually outrageous how long I have been waiting for this two items ordered before thanks giving and it’s two days before Christmas and still nothing
