They really dropped the ball... On December 17th, I ordered like 7 pieces from them for my girlfriend's Christmas present. The shipping method was USPS Priority, which was 2 day processing and 2-3 day delivery. Sounds good and all.. The shipping label was supposedly created the next day, the 18th, on Tuesday, but this doesn't confirm that USPS received the package. It stayed in this status for 10 days. I at least expected a delay because of Christmas, but when I called customer support on the 28th, they told me that I would need to be refunded because of an issue on their end, that wasn't explained thoroughly. Every time I asked for the reason why this happened, and how often this happens, and they kept on giving me the same generalized answer. And from the looks of these other reviews, I'm not confident that I will even receive the refund...
