TERRIBLE. AWFUL CLOTHING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN ITEM THAT I NEVER GOT, AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I placed my first order with Fashionnova and bought some pants. I used the size chart and bought all the pants in the same size. When I got my order, only half of the pairs fit me even though they were all the same size and had the same size chart. THE WORST PART was I ordered and was charged for a pair that they told me afterward was "out of stock". How was I even able to order an out of stock item?? Instead of refunding me, they charged me for this out of stock item, and refused to refund me. They gave me credit in an "online fashion nova gift card." I asked for an actual refund to my card because I don't want to order from this company ever again. It took them LITERALLY THIRTY DAYS to even have a real person answer my emails instead of their automated reply. The person told me they cannot refund me. They stole my money for an item they knew they didn't have, instead of just cancelling it before charging me and processing my order. I have never had a company who wouldn't refund me or who took a MONTH to even reply to an email. Horrible.
