My review is based solely on customer service at FN. Its so sad that such a great site where I love to shop for my clothes falls very short of customer service. I have no idea when or why this new policy related to damaged items came from because FN never notified their already long time customers, but it doesn't make sense. 1) Not everyone has time to look through all there items for damages right away. 2) Then when you send pics with the damm tag still on it, you still get a response that it wasnt done in a timely manner smh. Its so sad to say but I just might have to take a break from shopping at FN and consider other sites to spend my money elsewhere. Smh.
Tip for consumers: Make sure to read the policies because they have new ones but never notified anyone about them.
