If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I've ordered from them on a few occasions with minor hiccups but after my latest experience I never will again. They don’t care about their customers and refuse to acknowledge and reimburse people even when the company flat out lies, ignores you and refuses to acknowledge their own mistakes. To make a very long story as short as possible—I placed two orders back to back in October, one with 2-day shipping and the other with standard 3-7 day shipping. They didn't tell me at checkout that there would be a delay due to them switching distribution centers (would have been nice to know this beforehand). After the fact they posted a notice saying orders would be delayed up to 10 days. More than 10 days passed and I received no information, no estimated shipping date, nothing. I emailed them TWICE to ask about my orders and never received an answer. A number of other customers complained on social media and eventually they sent out a generic email literally stating that if my order didn't ship in 10 days, they would issue me an automatic refund. More than 10 days passed, no refund—so then I go ahead and request a refund manually. I receive no type of message regarding the refund, whether it was confirmed or denied. Then almost 2 weeks after I requested the refund, they ship out my items. I had to get in contact with them through Twitter (because they ignored my emails) and after going back and forth with a representative they finally agreed to give me a one-time refund for the items (their normal policy is store credit). I ship the items back and weeks go by with no notification of the refund being processed. I email them (and this time they do respond) and even though I have confirmation from UPS saying the items were delivered within a few days, they say there's no record of them being received. After providing them with additional information I guess they magically located the items and I was finally able to get a refund for the items I ordered (by this point it's January). In all my messages I told them I was also expecting to be reimbursed for the $40 return shipping charge I had to pay, because based on an email from THEIR OWN COMPANY (that I provided record of), the items should have never been shipped in the first place (because I should have received the automatic refund). They pretty much tried to ignore this part of my complaint until I kept bringing it up, and then said they can only give me store credit up to $10. So let me get this straight...your company lies about shipping dates, ignores my emails, lies about giving customers an automatic refund, ships unwanted items to me anyway, argues with me about refunding me my money back, somehow loses my return package, and now when I ask to be reimbursed for a charge that is purely your company’s fault, you give me a $10 gift card? Unbelievable. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! It seems like it's all good until they mess up your order (and it WILL happen inevitably…I used to think otherwise until my own experience). I could never spend another penny on a company that flat out deceives its customers and treats them this way. I'd rather pay a little extra at a company that actually respects the people keeping them in business.
