I'm done shopping from fashionova...I accidentally order some items without adding a coupon...contacted them to cancel the order..they said nothing can be done since they cant edit or change...or cancel my order and if I'm not satisfied I can return the items and they will issue a gift card...I dont want a gift card ..i need my money on my credit card
Fashionova has the worse customer service...really need to do better
