Fashion nova their customer service are very poor . I call them because my package was sent back to the vendor; as per tracking number USPS. I emailed them multiple times NO respond , finally google their number . I called them. Long story short the agent was unhelpful. When I was asking her a questions I felt like she was mute ; the phone on and off I wasn’t able to heard her well . After all , all I heard was as soon the items reach to the vendor you will be reimbursed back (money 💰 $) I ask again she said yes . Usually they always wants to give stores credit. But this is NOT the first. This is the 2nd times:last time I did not rate them because I thought it was a one time mistaken now I know.At end I ask for her name she said it so fast Blanca or vanca ; I did ask again and she did the same . She was annoying and didn’t care to assist me . I hope they reimbursed me back because is NOT 20 dollars I purchase over 100 dollar . Fashion move I am not a fake customer as you probably think .my email ended with 918@gmail.com and I made the called today 1/25/2019 around 2:50pm or 2:54 pm
