Bought a few items from fashionnova. I was very satisfied with the quality of the material and the fast delivery, however two of the items that I bought were not true to size and I needed to return for larger size. If i had to make a complaint about anything, it would be that Fashionnova does not offer free return shipping. So the $14 pair o pants I bought actually cost me $17 in shipping. There are too many other stores ( often not as big of a company as fashionnova) that offer free shipping as a convenience to it's customers. The shipping itself cost me more than the total of any individual item I bought which means Im actually losing money by buying there in the event that something doesnt fit quite right. Honestly, I think fashionnova makes too much money as a company for this to be an issue. Maybe if they scaled back paying all these celebrities to pretend to be wearing and buying their clothes on a regular basis, they would be able to invest that money into offering return shipping for the customers who are actually buying their products and keeping them in business.
