Worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered a package and paid overnight shipping for it. Two days went by and I hadn’t even been notified that it had been shipped, so I called customer service, as their main advertising says they ship in less than 24 hours. I was told that they were backed up and I would have my order by the end of the week. Okay? So I asked for a refund on my overnight shipping. They gave me a gift card for the amount. The end of the week came and went—still no package. I called, and someone said it was processing and would be sent the next day. So I waited. Still no email, and then that time came and went. Then I get an email saying the shipping address I put is wrong, when it is not. So I call, talk to someone who tells me it was their error. Two weeks later after my initial order, after being in contact with someone almost every day, I go on my account to look at my order and it has disappeared, like it was never there. But I was still charged for my order. So I call her again to see what is going on, and they said there is a ‘tracking’ error so my order is cancelled. I received NO notification of this being cancelled, even though I talked to someone the day before and again was told it would ship in 24 hours. This is probably the biggest waste of time and money I have ever been through in my life. They also told me that I would receive a refund in ten days. What? So basically, if I hadn’t called to see why it disappeared, they would have never given me a refund yet still charged me. Bs.
