Ordered an active set but when it arrived the leg had a crooked seam. Sent an email with a pic and got an automated email back saying they received my email and will get back to me. 3 days passes and no response so I send the email again and they respond saying my picture wasn't clear enough. I took more pics sent another email then just decided to call. I'm offered a return shipping label and a refund but was never sent the shipping label. So I call again this time they tell me they don't do refunds or shipping labels so they will send me a gift card. I get an email with the gift card and go to fashionnova.com and the gift card is coming up as invalid. So I email them a screen shot but still no reply, so I call and give them my order number wait on hold and then finally get another email with a gift card code that works. It took 1 hour and half to deal with their horrible customer service. I will never ever buy Fashion Nova again. They appear to be a great company on social media but in reality they're screwing people over. Glad to see that others experienced the same problems as I did. Only a matter of time before everyone has had a bad fashion nova experience.
