I placed an order yesterday and PAID extra for overnight delivery today I got an email saying my items had been delivered to my front door I was excited til I got to the front door nothing was there I immediately went to contact fashion Nova why spoke to a representative by the name of Gerson where he told me there was nothing they can do that I will have to contact the shipping company on track so I contacted on track with the message of them telling me it's going to take up to 10 days in order to see what happened to my items where I called back to Fashion Nova and spoke with an agent by the name of Aleia employee # 2338 who was so rude saying that they would have to do an investigation and they just cannot resend me my items out which they had no problem taking money from my account this was not my first time purchasing items from Fashion Nova I love this site I love the clothes and I've always had bought items from them soon as my items come up missing they told me that they cannot replace them right away my birthday is coming up in this is why I ordered the outfits for my concert I was going to and they told me that they can't replace it's about time that they can replace it my birthday will be long gone and passed this is the worst customer service that I have had in a long time to to be belittled and acted as if I was not important and then my items was not important that my customer service was not important as mine blowing this is a company that makes millions of dollars and you guys cannot simply replace the items that I ordered
