I used to rave about Fashion Nova to friends and I have referred so many people to the site. I have shopped there for years and recently I noticed items arriving damaged. I always order about 7-10 items per order to have plenty of options. For my birthday I ordered another large shipment and I did not finish trying everything on until a week after. One dress had a hole in it so I sent a request to customer service. They replied NOTHING can be done because their policy is a 2 day notice (how ridiculous is that?? Some of us have lives and don’t get around to opening packages for 2 days). Anyways, I mentioned to them my situation of how I was unaware and that I didn’t finish going through my package until the week was over. They still refused to help in any way. Apparently they do not care about losing a customer (that spends hundreds each month). I guess I need to stick to purchasing from trustworthy stores.
