I placed an order Saturday after noon, the order was delivered 2 days later. The shipping was amazing. When I opened my package, I noticed the pants were ripped. I took a few photos and went to bed. the very next day, I emailed support with photos and order number only to find out my item was no longer within warranty and they were not able to help me. They pretty much said: sorry but you must purchase another item"
Way to treat a loyal customer. There go 30$ to someone else pocket and I have ripped merchandise on my hands. Thanks a lot Fashionova.
