WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I order from Fashionnova regularly and have made numerous returns successfully. However with my last return there is A LOT of ISSUES. They mostly send you a template reply and offer in no way to help locate my package. I sent it with 2 day shipping and all I got was "sorry we can't help you" I like their clothes most of the time, but their customer service is by far the WORST. I spend an average of $200-300 a month with them and I will NOT be ordering from them anymore.
