I used to love FashionNova until I had the worst retail experience. I never received my order and 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund which I will probably never receive because FashionNova never took into consideration my complaint. I would never use this again and everyone that I know have stopped using the website since my bad experience. There are so many other similar websites who actually care about their customers. It appears that FashionNova just doesn't care.
