Genuinely worst company I’ve ever dealt with in terms of customer service. Received a faulty item and after following the correct procedure was sent a gift card for the amount but nothing for the postage. Sent so many emails asking why I would bother to order from them again if I’d then have to pay another lot of postage and only ever got back auto/draft emails from supposed c/s representatives completely ignoring all of my complaint. Still get emails telling me to use my gift card.... obviously would never order again
