I just spoke with a Fashion Nova representative and she was TERRIBLE. The first representative I spoke to was named Sequoya King and she was very friendly and helped me with my problem. But she did mislead me by telling me the product I paid for would be resent to me since it was their fault I didn’t received it in my order to begin with. A day or so later I got an email with a gift-card covering only $12.56. Mind you this company was having a sale that I participated it. The pants I originally ordered where $19.99. So basically I had to re-buy and pay for shipping in order to get what I ORIGINALLY ordered. I checked online and the pants where still available in my size, but apparently according to the second representative I spoke to they were not. She was very rude. Impolite. And in my opinion, if you’re going to have the description “customer service” in your job title you need to be the exact opposite. This is making me not want to purchase anything from Fashion Nova again.
