So apparently 3 day shipping means 2 WEEK shipping. I bought a dress for my girlfriend for our Christmas party and good thing I plan ahead because customer service has zero idea where the dress is, nor do they offer to send out another or do anything. This was our first experience and it definitely will be out last!
