I never had a problem with Fashion Nova until now I spent $81 and some change. They ship with UPS and I never got my package I order two pair of pants UPS claimed they left the packages at my front door of the apartment it was never there. Fashion Nova says they're not responsible for lost packages. The best way to get your money back instead talking to customer service just contact your bank and file for a dispute. Literally fashion Nova is a joke and the customer service did not respond to my email so I got my bank involved.
