Don’t fall for the hype. I placed an order a week ago and never even received anything stating why the delay. When I call today I spoke to a rude costumer service agent named Reyna. Who after I asked her why she is speaking to me with attitude and asked for her name she refused to give me a reference number for the call. Every time I place an order the delivery process is an issue. The last order I place a week before my event they sent me someone else’s order by mistake. This time I placed 3 orders and not an email explaining that there will be a delay. Costumer service is terrible there as well. The rep Reyna who refused to give me a reference number for the call or put a supervisor on the phone told me that because my shipping was free I have to wait. Free shipping is your promotion and I may not have paid for that but I spend hundreds shopping on their site. Wether it’s a holiday or not shipping with this company is horrible. I won’t ever be ordering from this site anymore. You can thank your poor costumer service.
