So I placed 2 orders on cyber Monday and never received a confirmation email or anything. Even if I go to “My Orders” they aren’t there! My account has been charged as well so I know items were paid for. I even paid extra for shipping and still aren’t here. It’s like I never placed a order. I’ve emails about 10 times and no response! I’m so annoyed right now. I never order online for fear of things like this happening. What can i do?!
