I received my package 3 days ago and one sweater dress is broken. There is a big hole on the dress. I found it is broken so I sent them message at the 3rd day , someone repylied me they can't do anything about it because I have to contact them within 2 business days, I sent message again but no reply anymore. First time I sent message with the photo and my order number, customer's service replied me and asked what is my order number, she or he can't look at my message I just sent to see my order number? I gave them number again then she or he asked if this dress has been worked, washed or removed tag, I sent them a photo with tag on, said I I never wore or wash it and the tag is on and I just received it 2 days ago, then they replied to me:"Our records indicate your package was delivered on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Damaged / defective items must be reported within 2 business days of your package's delivery. If this report is not made within 2 business days, we cannot move forward with a claim." I sent them message at Dec 7 2019, that was the 3 rd day I received the package, so they can't do anything about it and just ignore my message I sent after that.
