When the clothes ACTUALLY get to you, the experience is great. But the shipping is HORRIBLE. They have to think of a more efficient method. How is it that I ordered an item on the 2nd of December, received a shipping email on the 8th and 3 days later my items are STILL in LA, California??? I understand that it’s the holiday season but this is horrible.
When you call customer service, they sound sweet but can never offer a solution. The only offer they give you is a 25% coupon on your next order.
