They rarely respond to emails... make you pay shipping for returned items and then make you wait over 2 weeks for your store credit. I purchased items on Black Friday that were clearly in stock at the time of my purchase. After 2 weeks I received only HALF of my other and after emailing them numerous of times... the email me back finally... only to say they will refund me my money for the items I didn’t receive. They have no respect or care for you after they receive your money. They email and text EVERY day about sales and new merchandise but can’t respond to your emails about already purchased items. All they care about is your money. Once they get it... you’re no longer important. Trust me... I’ve been dealing with this company for the last two years and have spent A LOT of money. They don’t value loyalty. Customer service stinks
