Ordered a dress during their cyber Monday sale on December 4th. Received no updates for over a week so i emailed them. Received no response for three days so I emailed again. Received two automated messages “apologizing for Long response time and we hope your issue was resolved”. I responded back requesting my order status and an ETA And received a refund on December 15th with no explanation and the dress was still available online. At least I received a refund, but it was a complete waste of time and poor customer service. On top of that, a NYT article just came out about how Fashion Nova is literally creating clothes with sweatshops in LA. Never spending a dime here again.
