The customer service is so bad that I can't put it into words. They need more than a week to reply to a simple message and they end up sending a "copy-paste" response that doesn't even answer your question. Then you need to wait another two weeks for a copy paste respond that again doesn't answer your question. I do not know what are the procedures there but they need to change it immediately. It's awful, I ended up not buying anything because I didn't get an answer to my question. Customer service matters people, it's what makes us customers stay loyal.
