First off only a small percent of there items are actually “returnable” but you won’t get your money back for those either because they ONLY provide store credit. If you like online shopping I suggest switching to a company like prettylittlething.com as they really do offer returns, they will refund you YOUR money, and the cost of a return shipment is half of what fashion nova charges you!!
