My daughter placed an order almost two months ago, had the correct billing and shipping address. Fashionnova took her Christmas money sent the package to the wrong address. UPS denied the claim and fashionnova never reimbursed her order or the amount like the supervisor said he they would. Sad that such a company can take from a teenager with no explanation than the customer service rep literally raised his voice saying there is nothing they can do.
