Do not waste not one dollar at this store. They have the worst customer service and the worst products. I have had to make as many returns as I make purchases. All of their sizing is random. I made a mistake on clicking the incorrect info on the "easy returns portal" I clicked to send it through my own carrier instead of paying for the label online, big mistake because when I called customer service to try to get a label no one could figure out how to get one for me and I was offering to pay for it of course, so I decided just to go to my post office and they where trying to charge me triple the amount, so now it's about the principle. It's not fair I have to pay the price of one of the garments I purchased because they have a faulty system. I then asked customer service if they could just cancel my return and they basically said they could not cancel and that the return would be pending for up to 3 months until it automatically falls off. They're not a small mom and pop shop. They should have better customer service and better systems.
