Clerical error sent my package to the wrong address. Emailed them was informed I needed to contact UPS who then informed me that I couldn't file the claim, fashion Nova needed to because they were the sender. Meanwhile I'm still sending emails back and forth with them repeatedly telling me to call UPS to file a claim and enjoy 25% off my next purchase. I ordered this on 12/13/19. Just awful customer service. This was a Christmas gift my daughter is still waiting to get.
