I wanted to return two pieces of clothing because the fit was too big and everytime I tried a return I would get an error saying I couldn't do it at the moment. I emailed them constantly for two weeks straight and never got an answer so I gave up. It sucks because I had higher expectations but I will never again buy from Fashion Nova.
