I purchased an exspensive dress and the stitching has come undone, clearly poor stitching to come undone as I have not even had the dress for a month, and the fact that I have only wore this dress once. When I tried to get a exchanged of a new dress they told me that I need to report the damaged with in 7 days, but I could not report this as it was not damaged to begin with.
