I have had several issues with fashion nova, they only pay attention to the insta celebs who are not even paying for items. Order placed in November 2019, 2 items missing 2 items defect, returned 9 items until today they have not refunded me for these items, I am processing a claim through my credit card company as they are not replying to emails! There stealing from clients, tried again to order in January 2020, until today order not received they said there was an error, I have send them several email to provide me with a gift card of a refund no reply yet!!!
