Order was “delivered” but nowhere in sight. Contacted customer service only to be told to contact UPS who verified it was delivered. Paid $80 to receive no product and no help whatsoever from customer service except for a 25% off coupon for next purchase. This company is a big scam. Filing a dispute with my bank.
