I purchased some stuff, and when I was checking out they didn’t have the option to do the one day shipping. However, after placing the order I decided to call customer care and when I did they said to place the order again and when the 2nd one arrives let the delivery person know that it’s a duplicate package, and when it’s returned to fashionnova they’ll issue me a gift card and when I get that call back customer care for a refund, So I did. Now two weeks later they issued me a giftcard, so I immediately called customer service and she said that the refund is issued and it’ll take 7-10 business days. Nevertheless, I waited. 12 days later a gift card was sent again to my email and when I call back customer care to find out she then issued me refund and told me once more that I have to wait 7-10 business days again! Now I decided to call and talk to a next representative and you know what they did hung up! And again I called and again they hung up! Moral of the story fashionnova quick to take your money but hard to give it back and they have terrible customer service.
