If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m not the type of person to complain but when it’s their mistake I expect decent customer service. However, they’re always quick to refer you to their policies and say their hands are tied. I had a duplicate charge on my card for an order. I tried to cancel it before it even shipped and they said they couldn’t that I would just have to wait for the items to ship so that I can pay the return and get a gift card for the returned items. Furthermore, some of the items were non refundable even though they were duplicates! When I tried contacting them about the return, they didn’t want to refund me for the non refundable items. Awful customer service. They only care about keeping your money
