I placed an order and literally emailed then called within 10 mins of the order being placed and they supervisor put me on hold all to tell me the same thing as what the rep told me that you can either call the carrier and change the address or you can make a duplicate order and then expect them to “cancel” the order. But my question is why can’t you cancel the order in the first place ? Amazon is a way larger company and they let you make as many changes as you need until the product is shipped. This is the worst first experience and I would never recommend them I don’t care how nice the clothes are if your service is bad then it’s not for me.
