I placed an order for £200, in November to come for December as I live in the UK. I wasn’t told about paying £60 more for it to be shipped so I asked for a refund they refused! Then told me I had to wait 30days for the delivery to be sent back to them and I would the receive a credit note! I waited and when I received my credit not it was for £173 I asked why and they told me as the exchange rate had changed! I placed another order, to then have there carrier leave my parcel on my door step, I live on a main road there are shops next to my house! My parcel was stolen, I have been back and though with fashionnova for months now to get compensation and they refuse to take responsibility. This is still ongoing for over 3/4months. I refuse to be robed by a multimillion dollar company.
