When checking out they give you the option to pay up front for duties (I live in Canada). Which is what I did as well as paid for standard shipping. In my confirmation email it said all taxes and duties were included. After I got an email that my order had been shipped I noticed that they shipped with an EXPRESS service not the standard shipping I had selected. Upon reading that email I received a phone call stating that DHL express shipping was holding my order until I paid $30.51 in duties and shipping fees... so not only did I pay fashion nova for duties and shipping I am expected to pay it again. It was my first time ordering from that site and I won’t be again... just felt like I should give everyone the heads up that if you are going to order from fashion nova don’t select the option to pay for duties ahead of time. I have sent an email to fashion nova regarding this and have yet to get a response.
