I ordered several items and sent back close to $250 worth and nowhere did it mention when I returned items accordingly that they KEPT my money and put it on a gift card. This is the biggest rip off and the worst customer service you could ever imagine! I gave one star because I had to give something. So upsetting!!!! HIGHLY do NOT recommend.
