I had my order returned and I was given a e-gift card as credit. I called the customer service number and explained my issue. There was no explanation to why my order was cancelled but I've been told that it might've been in the shipping carrier's process. The lady quickly corrected my order and less than 6 hours later I have already received good updates from FN, my order is on the way. Their customer service line isn't as bad as many people claim to experience on online reviews. Just make sure you review your orders properly before blaming FN on having terrible service.
