I have never had an issue in the past except for now. I have contacted customer service through email various of times and they are refusing to answer my emails. It states 24-48 hours there will be a reply, yet nothing. I have store credit and they have issued invalid gift card codes that don't work. You would think a company this big would have good customer service. After reading all these comments below it is clear that fashion nova does not value its customers and actions should be taken.
