I ordered a dress back in April. A couple of weeks went by and it still hadn’t arrived. Granted it’s during covid so I didn’t think much of it initially. On the third week I decided to reach out to see where my item was. I got a response to send them my confirmation number ( even though I had already provided it) and never heard back. Again, I wrote to them with no response. I thought I’d email once more before contacting PayPal to return my money. Again. Nothing. After contacting PayPal. I reached out one final time, to give them the opportunity to explain. Yet again met with no response. It’s now 3 months since and I’ve only just received an email saying they are returning the item, I will get the amount I paid but not the shipping cost of $8+. I yet again, reached out again, naively, and haven’t heard anything. I will no longer be supporting this company. You can’t have a business without customer service.
